Before reporting an issue
- Confirm the video is yours, licensed, public-domain, or otherwise allowed for you to save.
- Try the same link in the main app at ytdownloader.getgeofix.xyz.
- For YT Notes Companion issues, include whether notes, clean-link copy, or title copy failed.
What to include
Include the page URL, browser version, operating system, which button failed, and the exact message you saw. Do not send private account tokens, cookies, payment data, or sensitive personal information.
Privacy
YT Notes Companion stores notes locally in Chrome storage and does not make background server calls. Read the privacy policy for the full data model.
